Stayed here with family for a wedding. All staff encountered were welcoming, professional and very helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean with comfortable beds; the whole place seems updated and the food from the grill was very good and made to order. We enjoyed our brief stay here. I certainly hope the staff is treated well here because they certainly deserve it, esp front desk and grill cook!!
The whole team from Miriah to Tara and Bailey and more were awesome. They were very helpful with making my stay very comfortable and welcoming. They were always willing to go out of the their way to make sure the experience was above satisfactory. As for the room itself, it is perfectly size with enough space between storage space, bathroom space etc.
This Courtyard location is by far the best I’ve ever visited. We arrived around 9 PM, and Robert greeted us with exceptional service from the moment we walked in. The property is clean, well-kept, and truly a hidden gem. The level of service we received far exceeded the typical Courtyard experience. Thank you!
Very nice hotel big clean rooms with big bathrooms. The midshift person on staff is great. Very helpful first night onsite and during check out at 7am.

I would stay here again if ever in Fayetteville again. We arrived late at night around 9pm. The manager made sure we knew the kitchen was closing soon in case we needed anything. I appreciated that after a long drive. The chef actually waited on us and made sure we were fed and happy. The service was excellent and the prices for room and food were reasonable. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and updated. It’s Fayetteville so I didn’t expect much. That was the best surprise. The reviews I read were accurate. This is the best hotel in town.
Don, the chef, be hooking you up with the food. Typically at a hotel stay I won’t eat more than once at the hotel because the food is bland and usually just okay……but Don…..he makes the food worth eating and won’t hesitate to do it up your way. Highly recommend.
We stayed here recently and we enjoyed our stay. This hotel was clean and the staff was professional. There is no free breakfast as this hotel. The Bistro is where you buy food to eat. However the hotel is very comfortable so we will stay here again.
